The recreational league runs Tuesdays at 5:00 pm till 6:45 pm.

Open to curlers aged 12 to 20 with at least 1 year of experience, and preferably 2 or more years. Teams are generally made up each week,, and various formats are played - with not all sheets necessarily curling in the same format - including doubles, 3 on 3, triples, 4 on 4. Some skill practices may also take place, e.g. for those participating in U15 Rockfest.
